In the Philippines in October, which is Indigenous Peoples Month. The festivity, which is attended by various ethno-linguistic groups in the Philippines, is organized and led by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) under its Subcommission on Cultural Communities and Traditional Arts (SCCTA) and the Ugnayang Pang-Agham Tao, Inc. (UGAT) in collaboration with agencies and local governments.
